John began his career at Pioneer Hi-Bred Intl. after graduating from Iowa State University in 1976. He held a variety of IT positions at Pioneer including General Manager, Corporate IT Services and Manager, Executive Information Systems. While at Pioneer, John was responsible for many of the company’s innovative information delivery applications. His last position at Pioneer was IT Director, Global Sales and Marketing.

In January, 2007, John left Pioneer to become Chief Information Officer at Life Care Services, an industry leader in retirement community management services. One of John’s major focus at LCS is the implementation of a Business Intelligence platform for corporate and retirement community performance management.
