Kristin is a partner at Stinson Morrison Hecker LLP. For over 25 years, she has combined her business background and litigation skills to represent clients in document intensive, complex multi-district litigation. She was a member of the trial team for the celebrated Lincoln Savings/Keating financial institution failure (over 13 million documents) and the financial fraud case against the ex-governor of
Arizona (over 4 million documents). She was appointed by the judge in the
Lincoln case as a committee member to establish trial procedures for the use of courtroom technology. Kristin has served as the Firm’s technology partner for over 14 years, and has worked with its Director of Records and CIO to implement the Firm's retention program. She is a member of the Firm’s Electronic Storage of Information practice group and she counsels clients on and helps clients implement their document and electronic retention policies and procedures.
