In his combined role as Chief Information Officer and Chief Security Officer, Ed is responsible for all facets of information technology and security at the MUSL office. He additionally serves as information and physical security consultant for the member lotteries, helping evaluate their and their vendor’s technical and security infrastructures.
Ed also sits on the MUSL member’s Security & Integrity Committee and represents the MUSL members as Deputy Chair of the World Lottery Association’s Security and Risk Management Committee. Prior to joining the MUSL group, Ed was a Vice President and Information Systems Audit Manager for the Bank of Oklahoma Financial and previously served as a Systems Administrator for Duke Energy in Tulsa, OK.
He is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional, a Certified Information Security Manager, a Certified Internal Systems Auditor, and a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer. Ed received his Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Langston University
