Prior to joining EMBARQ, Ertel held a number of leadership roles at General Electric, most recently leading Six Sigma initiatives as Master Black Belt in GE Insurance Solutions.
Ertel holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Hanover College, and a master’s degree of Business Administration from Regis University.
