As CIO at Entertainment Publications, Keith is responsible for enabling the transformation of the business through the use of information technology as well as transforming the IT organization. Entertainment’s business process re-engineering project, which he leads, has defined new business processes that will be implemented through a dramatic simplification of the IT application platform. Keith is also responsible for transforming the relationship between IT and the rest of the business through the institution of a new governance model.

Prior to his role at Entertainment Publications, Keith was Vice President of Americas Applications at Kelly Services. He was responsible for leading a team of 100 personnel who acquired, developed, maintained and provide ongoing support for the application portfolio of Kelly’s $4B business in the Americas including packaged software, in-house developed applications, and ASP solutions. Previous roles included director of software services for a product targeted at the managed healthcare industry at CSC and a variety of IT leadership roles at Kmart Corporation.
