In his current position with Virginia Information Technologies Agency Fred is Director of Service Management Organization whose responsibility it is to manage the relationship with Northrop Grumman. Prior to joining VITA Fred worked for companies such as Avaya, Honeywell, IBM Global Services, Fruit of the Loom and numerous consulting assignments. He was responsible for managing global infrastructure operations at the corporate level and in business units working in shared services and outsourced environments

Fred's experience spans the aerospace, apparel, automotive, chemical, and telecommunications industries.
