Jeff Dittmer is the Director of Desktop Services for DST Systems and its subsidiary companies. He has responsibility for desktop support, asset management, wireless services, systems management, and security for over 15,000 devices across the US. Primary focuses include any operational support for all regional offices as well as all global projects, security, configuration management and desktop/wireless standards.
Jeff began his career at DST as a LAN Administrator in 1994. Jeff spent eight years in server architecture and support until moving to the client computing side in 2002. In 2003 he became responsible for the majority of the desktop regional offices in the US, and became the Director of Desktop Services in 2006.
In 2003, the DST Technologies company was formed to develop an Enterprise Information Technology (EIT) organization. This created a Desktop Services organization where we consolidated staff, budgets , systems, and support services across the US. Desktop Services supports centers for DST financial, commercial printing, and health services businesses in all regions.
Jeff received a Bachelor of Science in Electronics Technology and Computer Science from Central Missouri University.
