Richard Daley is a proven expert and independent consultant within the field of Records Information Management (RIM). He has nearly 20 years of experience in professional management with several positions including: Business Administrator, Records and Information Analyst, Project and Policy Developer, Regional Customer Operations Manager, as well as, Systems and Operations Consultant.  Currently, as the Director of Records and Information Management at Tejon Ranch Company in Lebec, CA, Mr. Daley is responsible for providing leadership in creating a client specific RIM program which has a direct affect on the security of the company’s data records and assets.

Mr. Daley has supplemented his practical hands on experience with accredited educational training ranging from paralegal, project management certifications, and honors within business and information management. Mr. Daley attributes his strong ability in communications and operations analysis to his wide range of expertise in working with both public and private entities, as well as his time with the United States Marine Corps, where Mr. Daley served for 6 years as an Administrative Manager to over 10,000 Marines. His proven track record for analyzing and implementing personalized RIM services allows him to repeatedly produce high quality, client programs that are long standing, cost-saving solutions to any company’s operation. Among such companies as: Chevron, Hopkins & Carley, Merrill, Jones, Day, Reavis & Pogue, and Pitney Bowes. Mr. Daley also serves as President of the Southern California IBM ECM User Group.
