Chuck Cinco is the Information Security Officer for PREMIER Bankcard, a large issuer of VISA and MasterCard credit cards. He is a CISSP with over 15 years of IT and Information Security experience. In that time, he has held management and senior technical positions in both IT and IS.

Chuck oversees PREMIER’s information security management system and maintains its ISO27001 certification. He is involved in the development of information security standards under INCITS CS/1 Cyber Security and the PCI Security Standards Council. Chuck is also a member of Infragard and holds many industry certifications.
