As the Director of Infrastructure at BATS Trading, Rodney specializes in the areas of building new IT Staff and IT organizations, Storage Area Network (SAN) and Wide Area Network (WAN) architecture, design, negotiations and installation.

Prior to his work at BATS, Rodney held various IT positions for Embarq, The Epoch Group, Sprint/Nextel, and Gold Banc Corporation amongst others throughout his career.

Rodney received his education at Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College as well as gaining Electronics Engineering specialization from the Naval Air Station, Millington, Tennessee.
