Andrew joined Pepperweed after starting his own company focusing on IT Service Management implementations in South Africa.  Prior to this, Andrew worked Getronics South Africa being instrumental in the creation the Outsource model, leveraging Best Practices (Enterprise and IT Service Management) as a means to delivery quality, profitable solutions to the client base.  His experience is built on real world exposure of IT ranging from Mainframe support, Application design and implementation, implementing and running a Help Desk and as an outsource center. Andrew’s involvement in IT Service Management covers Strategic planning, thought leadership, program and project management, process design facilitation, technical writing, post implementation support and initiative guidance.  Andrew thrives in the execution of pragmatic IT Service Management Strategies and approaches realizing Business and IT Alignment directives.
