Karlos Bledsoe has extensive experience leading strategic planning and process improvement efforts both in IT and in business areas.  His experience has taken him from Union Carbide, to Anheuser Busch, and he currently works for Edward Jones in St. Louis, Missouri as a Business Unit Leader.  The genesis of "Quantum Leap Strategic Planning"  occurred while leading the Brewery Data Warehouse effort for Anheuser-Busch Inc. His customized IT strategic planning process generated impressive results:  Reduced implementation time by 50%, improved estimate accuracy by 90%, and ultimately reduced staffing needs by a full 33%. 

Mr. Bledsoe is a founding member of the St. Louis chapter of the Society for Information Management (SIM), is the founder of the St. Louis Gateway to Innovation IT Conference, and is a member of the Edgewood Children's Center Board of Directors - a facility dedicated to the treatment and care of children.
