Howard Bingham currently serves as Director, IT Enterprise Applications for Embarq. He is responsible for Web, Intranet, Application Messaging, Wireless IT, Electronic Bonding, Business Intelligence, Database Management, and Embarq Logistics.

Prior to this current assignment, Howard served as Director of IT Strategy & Planning at Sprint North Supply.

Howard joined Embarq in 2006 and has worked in the areas of IT Enterprise Applications. Prior to joining Embarq, Howard was employed by Sprint and held position as Director, IT Enterprise Applications in both local and Sprint North Supply.

Howard holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Arkansas in data processing and quantitative analysis.
