Inaugural itSMF Atlanta LIG Vendor Fair

The Atlanta LIG (Local Interest Group) social is designed to provide an opportunity for IT professionals throughout the region to attend formal presentations from local peers, network with their colleagues and create new alliances, as well as gain knowledge surrounding the wealth of product offerings and solutions from the service management vendor community.

The Information Technology Service Management Forum (itSMF) is a global organization consisting of more than 12,000 corporate and government members (25,000 individual members) responsible for advancing IT best practices through the utilization of the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL ®).

ITIL ® is the only comprehensive, non-proprietary source of service management best practices that is publicly available. It contains an integrated set of well-documented processes including, among others:

· Service Desk
· Incident Management
· Problem Management
· Change Management
· Release Management
· Configuration Management
· Service Level Management
· Availability Management
· Capacity Management
· Financial Management for IT Services
· IT Service Continuity Management

The itSMF brings IT service providers and suppliers together to define highly specific, implement-able approaches to service management. We help make business sense of tools, standards and processes.
