IT Service Management with Customer Focus – November 30, 2004
The Minnesota Local Interest Group of the itSMF is hosting the 2nd Annual itSMF LIG Expo. The Expo theme IT Service Management with Customer Focus will concentrate on three areas: People, Process, and Technology. Practitioners and Vendors will provide the Keynote and Session presentations. The agenda for the day will include exclusive time for the Exhibit Hall, during which no presentations or other activities are planned.
